Koor containers are designed to last, but like all things, they thrive with a bit of care and love. 😉

Inspired by the design of a syringe, here are some tips to keep your koor in top shape:

  • Wash in warm soapy water before use.
  • Best Use: Koor works best with viscous liquids. For watery substances, a bottle is more suitable. For thicker contents, a regular container might be a better choice.
  • Storage Tips: After a few days/weeks of storage, you might notice some oozing or sweating due to the material’s permeability. This is normal but we are working on a way to prevent that to happen. Koor decline any responsibility in case of a leak.
  • Transport Advice: To avoid any inconvenience, place your koor in a lunchbox or bag during transport, keeping it away from sensitive electronic devices or valuables.
  • Pressure Changes: Be mindful that leaks may occur if your filled koor is exposed to significant pressure changes, such as in a plane.
  • Koors are not suitable for kids under 3 years old. The silicone tip and o-ring could be choking hazards if detached from the koor.

Ensure Proper Seating: Always make sure the o-ring is correctly seated in its groove.
Design Insight: The o-ring may appear slightly oversized, and the groove might seem too wide. This is intentional. The design allows the o-ring to move and rotate slightly, which helps facilitate the initial slide after a few days of non-use.
Cleaning Advantage: This design also prevents food buildup, as the inside of the groove is accessible during cleaning.

If the plunger becomes difficult to push, simply lubricate the inside of the barrel with a small amount of edible oil. This should help it slide smoothly again.
